Symposium Registration

SYMPOSIUM VII will convene on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 9:00AM in the Broadmoor Hall at the Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs, CO.


• Military/Government Registration: $500*
  (Active Duty personnel only; identification is required)
• Industry Registration: $800*
• Media Registration is required for credentials.

*All Above Registrations Include:
  • Access to Symposium Sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Nov. 9-11, 2009.
  • Access to all Exhibit Hall Hours (All Exhibits in the Broadmoor Hall)
  • All Breaks, Luncheons and Evening Receptions in the Exhibit Hall (Broadmoor Hall)
  • One seat at the November 11 Veteran's Day Luncheon Celebration (reservation required)

Registration does not include hotel reservations. Those must be made separately. Please see our hotel reservation link.

ADDITIONAL Guest Passes for Tuesday's and/or Wednesday's Evening Reception may be purchased by a registered symposium attendee and are available online for $75 per guest each evening. Receptions begin at the conclusion of the day's program.

Cancellations after November 2, 2009 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Registration is transferrable. Contact emartinez@nhdf.org to request name change.

Military or Government Civilian: $ 500.00
Industry Registration: $ 800.00
Media Registration: FREE

Accepted Credit Cards
A 15% cancellation fee will be added to all cancellations. No cancellations after November 2, 2009. Registration is transferrable. Please contact Eleanor Martinez at emartinez@nhdf.org for registration transfer.
