NHDF Purpose and MissionThe National Homeland Defense Foundation (NHDF) exists for the purpose of Securing the Future of Liberty™ through sharing of innovation, research, education, and information in the fields of homeland defense and security.
HOMELAND DEFENSE, HOMELAND SECURITY SYMPOSIUM The Foundation conducts the nation's leading public forum for dialogue on homeland defense and homeland security. The annual Symposium fosters the exchange of ideas and technologies among government, industry and the military. Only through such a open and broad-based dialogue and exchange of ideas and technology can America fully understand the nature of external threats, and the many efforts underway designed to prepare for and defeat them. Symposium VII will be held November 9-11, 2009, at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. Log on to http://www.nhdf.org/2009_symposium.php for more information.
HOMELAND DEFENSE AND SECURITY LIBRARY NHDF launched a virtual library in 2008. The NHDF library will serve the nation as a premier resource for literature, documents, publications, and articles that focus on homeland defense and security. The NHDF Library is a service provided at no cost to users through the internet. Log on at www.nhdflibrary.org
